REFUND POLICY

This policy governs your purchase of the CatWatchful Android app subscription. Please be sure to read this carefully before placing your order, as it sets out your rights in connection with your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order constitutes your agreement that your order is governed by this policy.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of the software and services, you may get your money back under the terms and conditions set forth below. However, we believe that most refund claims can be avoided if you get professional help from our support team.

REFUND CONDITIONS

Subject to the terms of this Refund Policy, you may be eligible to receive a full refund within 48 hours of your purchase, provided your reasons do not conflict with the terms of the Refund Policy.
  • No refund will be available after this refund period ends.
  • We do not issue refunds simply for changing your mind. If you experience technical or other issues with our app or service, our support team will help you resolve these issues in a timely manner. If these issues cannot be resolved, you will receive a refund if the app is proven to be faulty. We reserve the right to refund an order and discontinue support and service if you are threatening us or we determine that you are using the service for non-permitted purposes.
  • If you own more than one subscription to our app, no refund will be issued.
  • Your money can be refunded only once. If you purchase another subscription to the CatWatchful app at a later time, it will not be subject to a refund request.
  • If a user purchases this software and does not have unlimited access (including locks, passcodes, etc.) to the phone to be monitored, we are not responsible for any refunds due to this situation.
  • No refund will be issued in cases where the user refuses to reinstall the CatWatchful app in case of an OS or app update on the target device.
  • If the monitored phone does not have Internet access (there is no money left on the target phone’s account, temporary service interruption, roaming-related problem, etc.), in this case no refund will be issued.
  • If the user does not follow the installation guidelines or does not accept technical assistance from our support team, no refund will be issued.
  • No refund will be issued if the user did not receive the data that was saved on the target device before installing CatWatchful on it.
  • No refund will be issued for personal reasons such as, I changed my mind, made a purchase by mistake, did not use the software, “I have no knowledge to use”, etc.
  • No refund will be issued for CatWatchful app detected by anti-virus software, targeted user or other services.
  • If the monitored device is running an unsupported operating system, no refund will be issued. The following operating systems are NOT supported: Symbian Belle, Windows Phone, Windows Mobile, BlackBerry 10 or Bada, Android OS with API level lower than 16, I-phone ios. You can get more information from the compatibility wizard provided on the home page.
  • Some features of the CatWatchful app required a specific Android API level operating system, so these features will not work if your device is not supported, so no refund will be issued if these features do not work for you. the required API level is already in the corresponding section of the administration panel.
  • If the user of a target phone changes their provider and this results in a partial or total loss of internet connectivity, updates the operating system or restores the factory settings and consequently the CatWatchful application malfunctions, no refunds will be issued either.
  • Any user who claims they made a purchase in error or submitted fraudulent information will forfeit any refund and will be responsible for all transaction charges. Please note that once you enter a new subscription billing cycle, no refunds will be given for that new period of time.
  • For all orders that are placed in dispute status, you have a period of 14 days to resolve the situation with our support team. If you do not provide the required information or feedback within the allotted time, the dispute will be canceled and no refund will be possible thereafter.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Follow the easy steps below to request a refund.

  • Sign in to your CatWatchful account.
  • Go to the “View Invoices” page at the top right of the admin panel.
  • Click the “Request Refund” button. (This button will be automatically disabled after the refund period ends.)
  • Done!!!

If you are not fully satisfied with your CatWatchful app subscription purchase and your refund period is over, you can still send us a refund request via email and if we find a valid reason, you will get a partial refund according to your period. of usage time.( You can send a refund request to: admin@catwatchful.com)

 

Note: All refund requests may take up to one or two business days to complete. In the case of refund issuance, please note that the amount refunded will be less than the amount paid by 10% due to fees charged by banks and payment processing companies per transaction.
