The payment will be reflected AUTOMATICALLY. Once the payment has been made, you can begin to freely use the service and enjoy the Catwatchful subscription.

However, and very rarely, it may take a few hours for the payment to be reflected. Don’t worry! You can send us an email with a copy of the payment receipt and we will immediately activate the subscription.

NO, the subscription is NOT renewed automatically . You will have to manually renew the subscription when you want.

Automatic payments will never be made.

After plan expires, you will have an additional 5 days to renew it. Otherwise the application is automatically disabled and the service is interrupted.

We recommend renewing plan before or as soon as it expires, if in this way the continuity of the service is guaranteed.

A month of plan equals 30 calendar days from a billing date.

All device data sored in our servers are automatically deleted and Catwatchful app is deactivated 7 days after plan expires.

To resume tracking, you need renew your subscription.
