It is the same panel as the reseller programme, also served at afiliados.catwatchful.com. There you track your sales, commissions and payments. It is not used to see activity from a supervised phone.

Can't sign in?

  1. Check the email address you purchased with. The account is tied to that exact address, and a typo at sign-up is the most common cause of "user not found".
  2. If you forgot your password, reset it from the panel's own sign-in screen.
  3. If the panel does not load or stays blank, check the service status first: it may be an outage rather than a problem with your account.
  4. If none of this fixes it, write to admin@catwatchful.com from your account email and we will help you recover it.

Sign in from your phone

The panel works in your phone's browser. If you prefer an app, CatWatchful has an Android client that opens your panel and notifies you of activity without signing in every time.

Questions about signing in

Where do I log in to CatWatchful?

At cp.catwatchful.com, with the email and password you used to create your account. It is the same panel from any browser, on desktop or phone.

Is the customer panel the same as the reseller one?

No. The customer panel (cp.catwatchful.com) is the only one that shows activity from the supervised phone. The reseller and affiliate panel — the same one, whether at reseller.catwatchful.com or afiliados.catwatchful.com — handles sales and commissions. If you sign in there looking for a phone's activity, you will not find it.

I forgot my password — how do I recover it?

From the panel's sign-in screen you can request a reset to your account email. If that address no longer exists or has a typo, write to admin@catwatchful.com.

Do I need to install anything to open my panel?

No. The panel opens in a browser. What gets installed on the supervised phone is the CatWatchful app, which is a different thing and is not used to view the data.
