CatWatchful needs the accessibility permission to work. Enable it in Settings › Accessibility › CatWatchful during the initial setup.
Since the app does not install from Google Play, Android may ask you to allow "unknown sources" or "install apps from this source". This is a normal, safe step.
If a Play Protect warning appears, choose "Install anyway". CatWatchful is a legitimate parental control app, not malware.
